Comment by Linda 01.30.08 @ 3:40 amMy biggest challenge is healthy eating is buying fresh vegetables that I can make into a snack easily that my kids will eat too. And then actually doing it instead of dumping out a bunch of goldfish or crackers, etc. Please enter me. I really could use both of these books. Thanks

Comment by Tara 01.31.08 @ 1:46 amI find it difficult to eat healthy/organically just because of the huge price difference! ( meg.wilson@gmail.com )
Comment by Meg 01.31.08 @ 2:34 amNice prize.
My biggest challange is a mixture of not getting bored of routine foods such as chicken and fish.
And finding energy to work out after a brain fried day.
This is great! I’d love to enter
My biggest challenge with eating right is… Not knowing how to cook!
I tend to make bad foods because they are faster and easier then making healthy meals (or so I think, because I don’t know how to cook anything healthy hehe ) ![]()
I could use these. I went off of sugary foods (cakes, cookies, etc.) for 2008 (except for special occasions). My body is still struggling to adjust. My biggest challenge is keeping my blood sugar stable, fighting cravings, feeling full, and eating enough calories.
Comment by Audra Marie 01.31.08 @ 5:31 pmPlease enter me. My biggest challenge is I love chocolate!
Comment by Sarah Berry 01.31.08 @ 5:33 pmI would love to be entered. My biggest challenge is time - there is pretty much nothing healthy in a drive-thru. At home, is is better, but I want one meal for the whole family and the kids are picky.

Comment by Tiff@ Three Peas in a Pod 02.01.08 @ 1:32 amI love this. Probably the biggest struggle I have is time. It’s way too easy to grab some prepackaged food. And it takes time to keep fresh, healthful food washed and ready in the refrigerator.
