Ultimate Blog Party 2008It’s time for another blog party! Welcome to the fun!

I’m Erica, and this blog is where I focus on health and wellness issues, including stuff related to my business, Supermom’s Health and Wellness. You might enjoy checking out some of my articles that are pretty popular among moms:

Supermom’s Healthy Lemonade recipe: Great for your health, great for weight loss, tastes excellent, kids love it, and –get this– NO SUGAR! (You’ll love it!!)

Read about the two supplements that have given me tons of energy to keep on keepin’ on with my six kids, homeschooling, and running my businesses.

Here’s something I wrote about my children’s liquid multivitamin that we are so pleased with.

Some fun things I have going on right now:

Get a free ebook: The No-Cry Parenting Guide. Yours when you sign up for my free newsletter here.

Listen to my interview with Cindy Rushton, where we talk about healthy eating, without having to go to extremes.

I am also hosting a great sale on my two healthy eating books right now, with 50% of the proceeds going to Zoe Children’s Homes, which is an organization that rescues children from the evils of human trafficking. You can read more about this here.

In celebration of The Ultimate Blog Party, I will be giving one of you a bottle of the wonderful ENERGY GIVING supplement that I love so much, Bee Strong. To be entered into this giveaway you need to leave a comment here telling me what you would do with more energy! :) Make sure that I have an email address to contact you if you want to win. (Hey–if you’re allergic to bees, this product isn’t one for you. OK?)

You can visit my Baby Boutique Blog here, and my Supermom’s No-Lice Advice blog here. I have giveaways going on at both sites. :)

Enjoy the party!!

I like your blog, I will be coming back! If I had more energy, I would be able to get up before the kids and get all of my laundry done! (it doesn’t sound like fun, but it would take the stress off!)

Greetings from snowy Westfield, NY. Thanks for the lemonade recipe — I love lemonade, even when it snows. Thanks for having me by.

Happy partying!

Stopping by for the party! Is the “no-cry parenting guide” so I don’t cry?? I could always use more energy. Then I won’t be super-exhausted when I get up at 5 am to exercize and I could stay up all night to do the fun stuff I don’t have time for during the day! Nice blog - I’m going to browse around some more.

I think I’ll like your blog…I’ll be back for sure as we are always trying to eat healthier. But now, I must go plan school for the week, I also homeschool and monday is our home ec day.

I would chase my daughter around the house more and maybe be more awake when I have to drag myself to work every morning! Cute header by the way!!

Comment by Marcia 03.11.08 @ 12:27 pm

I have 4 kids, three of which I homeschool and the other is an infant. With more energy maybe I could do some sewing (which I enjoy) instead of crashing on the couch once they’re all in bed at night.

Dear Erica,
Thank you for posting about your interview on the Mom to Mom broadcast. I’ve struggled with how to balance eating right and our budget restrictions. I think I should take the podcast with me when I shop to encourage me. I feel so guilty if I buy non organic stuff and my stomach gets sick over it. What you said about knowing the “right ” healthy choices and finding balance in the knowledge is so real. I’m still mulling on it all and I appreciated it very much, thank you. Also, do you know where I go if I’m interested in obtaining a copy of the No Cry books you listed above? Thx!

Hi Erica,
I signed up for your newsletter maybe a couple of weeks ago and I’m wondering if I did something wrong. . . I haven’t received the “No Cry Parenting Guide” yet. Would you mind advising me? Thank you! My email is: thewoods@usfamily.net

Comment by Sheryl 04.01.08 @ 8:00 pm

Still hopping from blog to blog… my goal is to post at each blog at least once. Nice to meet you. Happy blogging!

Hi! I ran across your website AFTER my daughter had head lice from our neighbors children…I didn’t invest at the time because we homeschool and we don’t go anywhere. But I just found out yesterday that the same child has headlice AGAIN - which will make like the 4th time in not quite a year’s time. My daughter plays with this child almost daily so I just invested in your head lice spray this morning! I’m excited to get it and start using it! Thanks so much for all the helpful info and products! :)
