I thought this article was interesting. It’s not every day that we see a study recommending a natural substance as superior to pharmaceuticals.

My father always gave us honey and warm lemon water whenever we had a cold or congestion…it worked wonders and it works today in my home too! If only I could thank my herb-loving, midwife Grandmother for all the wonderful tings she passed down to my father!
