I just came down to my office and found that I had a new Supermom’s order waiting for me. I was so happy picking the items off the shelf that needed to go into the order, and putting together some little surprise goodies that I like to send along with orders. I realized that I just love my customers!!

It’s not that I love my customers because I made some money. Right now every bit of profit goes right back into building this business, so I don’t really get to feel like I’m making money, per se. It’s just that I love helping people live healthier!

Some would say that I am a little too emotionally involved with my customers. When a mom calls me to say that she has just discovered that her 8 children have head lice, I care!!! I care so much that I do things like run right out to the post office in the middle of our family vacation to make sure she gets her order as soon as possible. And after that I keep wondering how she’s doing, and I pray for her to not get overwhelmed while battling those nasty creatures!

When someone writes me to ask how they can kick their coffee habit, or how to use stevia, I just love to help them and I am always hoping that the products I sell are going to be as helpful to them as it has been to my family!

I just love my customers. My goal with this business is to really be an asset to families. Part of that is sharing my heart.

Loving my customers may not be as “professional” as a large chain store, but you’re going to keep getting that TLC regardless.
