The more I learn about protecting myself and my family from illness and disease, the more I see Vitamin D being mentioned in the research I check into. I've always thought of Vitamin D in relation to sunshine and mood, but now I understand that it is also essential for a strong immune system. We won't be getting any flu shots here, but we are taking our new vitamin D3 every day! My younger children do not yet swallow pills, but they eat these like tiny jelly beans. :) I give the children 1 per day, and right now my husband and I each take two per day.
