About Us
Supermom's Health and Wellness was started in January 2005 with my first product, Supermom's No-Lice Hair and Body Spray, and the complete No-Lice System that helps families prevent and eliminate head lice without using harmful chemicals.
Since that time, I've been been working to expand the business to incorporate the many wonderful products that have helped me and my family live healthier in everyday life.
My first book, Supermom's Simple Guide to Healthier Eating for Beginners and Beyond, was released in November 2007, and this site was created in an effort to continue to help families achieve their personal health goals in ways that will succeed.
My husband Dave and I have been married for nearly 17 years and have six wonderful children, ages 5-16. We live in central Kentucky.
